Powrtouch H/D3 Mover

I have just completed the successful installation of the above model Caravan Mover, and am pleased to enclose the duly completed Guarantee Form.

The Mover has been fitted to our Buccaneer Caribbean Caravan, which we keep on our (not too large!) front garden.

I found the accompanying Instruction Manual to be exceedingly comprehensive and yet delightfully straight forward to follow DIY Fitting.

Having followed the Installation Instructions (to the letter!) we were absolutely delighted when having switched on the Isolator and ‘fired-up’ the handset, low and behold we could navigate our Caravan around the confines of our garden completely effortlessly and in ANY DIRECTION – WOW!

Being the (active) OAP’s that we are, we can only describe this superb product as being an ABSOLUTE GODSEND especially on the pebbled surface in our garden, on which moving our van is now a pleasure and no longer a chore!!

Whilst travelling down to Cornwall last month I discovered that I had left the key that switches the mover on at home. On phoning up your service department a very understanding service engineer arranged to have a key sent to the caravan site at Merrose farm in Cornwall.

I would like to thank you for a brilliant customer service, I was able to use my mover again.

Whilst preparing my caravan for a holiday on Thursday last, I noticed that the black lead to the battery connector on my handset had come adrift. I telephoned you and was advised to send it in for repair. I sent it (next day delivery guaranteed)the same day and received it back (repaired) today - Saturday morning. What a service!

Just to say a great big thank you to Ray, who repaired our PowrTouch mover whilst we were away last week in Cornwall. Ray gave excellent service, extremely good natured, he replaced the unit without hesitation under the guarantee, and then checked the rest of the installation. Please say thank you to him again on our behalf. Parking the caravan when we got home again was so easy with the use of the mover returned quicly and effectively.

Quick to moan and slow to praise seems to be our national motto! I prefer to praise. Recently my caravan mover developed a fault. What brilliant service I received from Powrwheel.
