Just a small note to say how pleased I am with service I got from your Powertouch fitter Paul Eastwood last Sunday.

Highly pleased with the job, very meticulous fitter, explained and demonstrated at every stage of the fitment. With fitters like this I’m sure Powertouch will continue to have an excellent reputation. As for the mover itself it is far superior to the unit it is replacing, I have not used it fully yet but have no doubt after the demonstration that it will have been an excellent choice. We should know as we have purchased two seperate movers over the past few years. Our first mover model one had a couple of teething problems,but your staff were incredibly helpful, Rob has the patience of a saint,i had a problem on my way to Dover on route to France in spite of Rob being under pressure with lots of calls,he sent a 1st class engineer to sort it out. the 5 yr guarantee bring peace of mind. In September we purchased a Swift charisma which is much heavier to move, the sales staff were so helpful and we decided to buy the heavy duty model three, this apparently has 3or 4 gears inside the mover and can push the caravan up a 25% slope, so for the bit of extra expense we will have years of care free use.well done powrwheel you are a great company with a team of people who work togeather for the good of the customer.

We have recently had occasion to speak to you about a slight problem with our handset and without any hesitation you sent a replacement one out to us which appears to have solved the problem.

Even more recently after swapping our caravan, to which we had our motor mover transferred, we mislaid the measuring block and hardwire from handset to control unit as well as having the cover to the control unit damaged. We made a telephone call to yourselves late one afternoon and again without any hesitation you offered replacements which arrived first thing the following morning.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am just writing to say how impressed my wife and I are with your company's excellent '5 year No Quibble Guarantee' and after sales service.

On the evening of Sunday 4th Oct 09 I sent you an email explaining one of the rollers on my motor mover had shed all its grit coating (and that the other roller was about to do the same) NB Since 2005 all Powrtouch movers have solid cast alloy rollers as we were moving the caravan off the drive on the Friday to go away caravanning for the weekend.

On the Monday someone from your company phoned and left and reassuring message on our telephone answer machine, saying we were registered and the mover was still under the guarantee and therefore the replacement rollers would be dispatched to us soonest and that once they arrive a fitter would be in touch to make an appointment to fit them.

The items duly arrived and having taken a look at the rollers I decided I could fit them myself, it was so easy and only took me 1.5 hours. So I did not need the services of the fitter, he did phone and I explained I had already fitted them and all was well again with the mover.

I am writing to express my sincere thanks for your help and the advice given to me when replacing the rollers on my Powrtouch Model 4. My enquiry which led to the order and subsequent dispatch was dealt with in a most efficient manner by very helpful and friendly staff. Promised phone calls were returned promptly and I was left feeling nothing was to much trouble. A shame so many other companies have lost sight of true customer service.

Dear Rob.

First of all, apologies for not writing earlier.

Thank you very much for the help you gave me in sorting out the problem with my motor mover. The spirol pins arrived the next day (Saturday) and I was able to fit them in the afternoon.

I also, as suggested, bought some motorcycle chain lube and sprayed that on and the motor mover worked a treat after that. I shall make a point of re-spraying at the beginning of each season from now on.

Again, thanks for your help and advice; it's good to know that there are people out there who are willing to help, even at some cost to themselves.
