| On hard level ground this model has the capability to manoeuvre caravan/trailers with weights of up to 2500 kgs. This model is connected to the caravan/trailer using the ball hitch of the vehicle to be moved. It can use the caravan/trailer leisure battery for its power source but can also become a self contained mover with a battery box installed (optional extra). It has tiller steering and direction control (forward or reverse) is by a rocker switch situated on the tiller. To use this mover a hitch plate is supplied to allow it to be firmly locked to the caravan/trailer ball hitch therefore it is important that the correct plate is ordered. Please specify the type of hitch in use i.e. ALKO, ALKO Stabilised, Bradley, etc. The hitch plates are easily interchangeable and therefore this mover can be used for a variety of trailer with different hitches. This model can be supplied with chevron tyres for use on softer surfaces such as grass and gravel, load moving capability maybe decreased on these types of surfaces. |
