You are advised to be wary of false promises: whilst others may offer a five year guarantee, can they match the incredible service given by Powrwheel Limited to its customers over the last 10 years? The service works exactly as follows: What happens when you have (or think you have) a problem with a Powrtouch Mover? 1) Check the Powrtouch system using the Fault Finding Checks as Listed in Section Sections 14 & 15 of your handbook. If the problem is not solved then locate (on the front cover of your handbook) the serial number of your Powrtouch (PWRT/?/?????) as this will be needed to aid with fault diagnosis and identify any replacement parts if required; 2) Phone the Powrtouch Technical Department where one of our fully qualified and trained technical staff will diagnose the fault from the information given to them by you. Please be aware that we use technical staff fully product conversant and not just a call centre with staff using diagnostic flow charts to try to solve the problem. This means that 99% of faults are correctly diagnosed. 3) When the fault has been diagnosed the Technician will, if necessary, arrange for replacement parts to be despatched. If necessary he will also arrange for a fitter that covers the area where you live to contact you to make an appointment and carry out the repair. We currently have in excess of 90 fitters covering the whole of mainland UK and Ireland and even if you are on holiday we can still arrange for a repair to be carried out before you return home (providing time allows). If you are on holiday in Europe we can still help you although the coverage of fitters is not as prolific as in the UK. 4) All breakdowns and repairs are monitored by the Technical Department and your problem, with its solution, is recorded and stored on our product data base. This data base then allows our Quality Department to look for any Quality or Manufacturing issues and/or our Design Department to locate any reoccurring faults that can be put into the Product Continuous Improvement Programme. PLEASE NOTE THAT POWRWHEEL LIMITED IS NOT AN EMERGENCY SERVICE AND RESPONSE TIMES CAN VARY, WE WILL HOWEVER ALWAYS TRY TO RESPOND TO YOUR PROBLEM AS SOON AS PRACTICALLY POSSIBLE.  Powrhitch All Powrhitch products are supplied on a sale or return basis, the reason for this being that without testing the mover in the environment that it is required to be used in it is impossible to guarantee that it will achieve the movement necessary. If after testing you are not satisfied with the performance of the Powrhitch then it can be returned to the factory (collected by Powrwheel Limited) for a full refund of any monies paid. If we are unable to solve the problem over the telephone then the Technical Department will arrange for spare parts to be sent and the local Powrlaunch Approved fitter will be sent to resolve the problem.
