Powrwheel All Powrwheel products are supplied on a sale or return basis, the reason for this being that without testing the mover in the environment that it is required to be used in it is impossible to guarantee that it will achieve the movement necessary. If after testing you are not satisfied with the performance of the Powrwheel then it can be returned to the factory (collected by Powrwheel Limited) for a full refund of any monies paid. All Powrwheel products unless otherwise stated are supplied with a full five year guarantee, in most instances it will be necessary for the unit to be retuned to the factory for the repair to be carried out, the costs of transportation will be paid for by Powrwheel Limited.
